Welcome to Strathpeffer Community Centre
We are a charitable run community centre. Here you will find information on a range of activities including children's groups, fitness and the new learning centre. In addition you will find information for our business customers regarding room hire, catering arrangements, booking forms and price lists. Don't forget we can hold weddings and large family functions.
The centre is located next to Strathpeffer Primary School in the picturesque village of Strathpeffer in Ross-Shire. We are always trying to improve the centre and the services we provide to the local community; we would like to hear your views.

Tuesday April 22nd: Get More From your Tablet or Phone - Learn more about working with apps, downloading music, streaming video and sharing photos. This 4 week course runs from 10am - 12 noon and is FREE. Spaces are limited to 8 so register quickly.

Saturday May 10th - Preparing Your Garden for Summer - Led by local gardening expert Alison Munro, this workshop is split into two sessions. Each session is only £10 or you can come along to both for £16. See our Adult Classes Page for more information.

Tuesday May 20th and 27th - The God Question: Does the Cosmos leave space for God? Led by Canon Ian Pallett these learning and discussion sessions are open to all, of whatever background, who would like to widen their knowledge and think more deeply about the Cosmos. 10am -12noon. £3 per session.
Saturday May 24th - The Cake Break In support of the Multiple Sclerosis Society come to Strathpeffer Community Centre for tea/coffee and cakes. Home baking, cake card, raffle. Bring a big cake to be judged in the GREAT STRATH BAKE OFF
£3 per adult, £1 per child.

Saturday May 31st 2014 - What's Out There? an event for families. The day is geared toward getting kids 'out there' to discover what is going on in our surroundings. Tasters and workshops throught the day. 10am - 4pm FREE
Saturday May 31st: Introduction to Wild Foraging - Experienced tutor and Artist Thomas Keyes provides an introduction to foraging for plants as food, craft and medicine. Learn how to identify safe places to forage, which species are edible and how to avoid dangers. Runs from 10am - 1pm. Just £10.
Saturday June 7th - Felting with Sally Wild Learn wet felting methods in this workshop. Make a small item to take home - materials included. 10am - 1pm £15 per person.

An introduction to foraging for plants as food, craft and medicine
